At DHAGEY, every piece is crafted with care and heritage. Due to the nature of handcrafted luxury garments, we follow a strict quality-first policy.
1. Returns

We accept returns only in case of manufacturing defects or wrong product delivery.

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Products showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage after delivery
3. Refunds

Once the returned product passes quality inspection, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Exchange

Exchanges are subject to product availability and quality checks.

5. Important Note
Handcrafted textiles may have slight irregularities, which are part of their authenticity and not considered defects.
